Today while I was working I found an envelope in my tray with my name on it, I opened it and I found a chocolate bar and couple of papers inside the envelope, first I thought it might be a cheque from the Quadrant but I was wrong like every other times. Inside the envelope there was some useful information about customer service and stuff which I found them really interesting especially the part which says “why the customers quit”, before I thought they quit because they don’t have money (LOL) but as I said my guesses are all wrong so they quit because:

5% develop other friendships
9% Find cheaper price
14% don't like the hotel
68% They don't like the customer service
